Terms of Service
These Terms govern paid coaching services ordered on expertminda.com and form the agreement between you and expertminda.com, LLC.
1. Service provider
expertminda.com, LLC, Business Center Senator, 32 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. EDRPOU 20932039. Managing Director: Laura Meyer. info@expertminda.com, +380 960 369 3389. This information is given before any order under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.
2. Services and inclusions
Coaching is delivered online in the format, length and number of sessions stated on the offer page when you order. Only what that page lists is included.
3. Prices, payment and scheduling
Prices appear at checkout in the displayed currency and are due before the first session unless instalments are offered; confirmed orders keep that price. Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge at least 24 hours ahead. As a single tax payer we do not charge VAT.
4. Subscription and cancellation
Recurring plans renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Cancel in your account or by email to info@expertminda.com; cancellation stops the next renewal and applies from the end of the paid period.
5. Refunds
You may withdraw within 14 days of payment if no session has been used. Later refunds cover undelivered sessions, less any discount received, and are paid to the original method within 14 calendar days. Rights under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' are unaffected.
6. Your responsibilities
Give accurate information, attend on time and apply recommendations at your own discretion. Coaching is not medical care; consult a doctor first. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
7. Claims and liability
Service, qualification and outcome descriptions are accurate and substantiated when published, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant package, except where Ukrainian law forbids limitation.
8. Personal data
Data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, with a lawful basis and transparent notice, under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.
9. Complaints and changes
Send complaints to info@expertminda.com or +380 960 369 3389; we reply within 10 business days. Consumer disputes follow Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. Updated Terms apply from their publication date.
